My take, is the extra shares issued were not for raising cash per se, but rather to dilute the voting power of the challengers, so the current bod could retain control by issuing them to friendly hands.
The challengers have countered by buying more shares ( votes).
My gut says they will be voted down and current bod will retain effective control.
Challenger motive may be to step off the CAD ship as it sinks and wages stop and seek new directorship wage from ftt, little in it for holders Imo.
Some holders will leg it and sell to the challengers for. 003 and won't be their problem any longer. .Devil and deep blue sea.
Pvd own a lot of jka, and ftt, and bod are on jka and CAD too, ftt next. .?
Seems to be about keeping the wages coming in to me.
All the above is my opinion only. .Please dyor, I only hold CADO which are unsellable presently due no buyers .
Have sold pvd at a loss, hold no jka or ftt
. All best with your decisions. Tc

wow well if you are right and the new comers are just looking to prop up their directors wage (and not even do a PVD asset swap out) then that is even worse than I had considered.
