to be honest I don't have anything against a potential other coming in if they walk straight up and tell us their plan. it is then up to each shareholder to decide which plan is deemed more likely to provide some return.

the problem I have with these new guys is they have not done that and have presented no indication of why we should hand control of the company to them.

the other companies that the new comers are associated with (PVD, CAD) upon a very quick glance do not stand out as shining beacons of success, in fact quite the opposite.

for me and hopefully the majority of others in this instance the proposed takeover is not in our best interests at all.
