and also if PVD are so cashed up as to return that amount of cash, why not invest in the next venture? do they not have one? if they don't then why would they want to have yet another company at their disposal?
it just doesn't add up to me ...
I am happy to be wrong, but they need to explain their plan to us. at the moment it's like a financial advisor who looks at some your money and saying we can beat your current advisor without any further details.. all I get from it is alarm bells.
