It is quite funny, like the bit they mention that these newbies have enough shares to raise this resolution with an outlay of only around $100,000. But of course that was only possible thanks to the current boards failings.
In fact if they had correctly forcasted the tax rebate, or at least not give false guidance that it would not be higher than $1.2m, the sp would been at 0.4c or more imho.
