Yeah I was pretty much thinking the same. I also sold my shares with right to participate in the SPP. On balance I decided to participate but it was purely on the basis of the gold price and the value of the project. I have little faith in management and the board moving the project ahead. Surely a rudderless company with a good asset, a previously rebuffed takeover offer, and an all time high $A gold price, the most likely outcome is still a takeover.
