The statement that shareholders should have nothing to do with the removal of senior management is concerning considering shareholders are part owners of the company.
If the managing Director is a clown then he quite simply couldn't be trusted to make the right decision regarding underlings.
Gotta love the "pre filled for convenience form statement"
The only sensible statement here is that the new guy is on a 3 month trial and thats by default.
My vote will not count as my faith in either of this lot just isn't there.
