The Board is actively seeking a corporate transaction that will be value adding for all shareholders. So I gather there may be a TO brewing in the background especially now the vultures, "want to be Directors" have flown in for a quick feed. The "want to be Directors" are here for themselves of course and if you search their history that statement will be confirmed.
I would think when we mine the area, "pandora's box" it will gift us all a much better price than any TO price atm IMO. I have always invested in this company with the mindset of long-term. I truly think there is much to uncover and we are going for the scraps instead of the 4-course dinner by taking an TO early.. if it was to eventuate.... My two cents worth.
BTW: not sure what happen with a three post for one.. obviously and software error.
