Hawke's Point Holdings subscribed for $A10m in new equity at 11.7c/share which was at a premium to the then closing price of 10c. That transition took place in Feb 16. Since then more gold has been found, the project de-risked, funding commitments obtained to develop the mine and with likely further increases to the current gold estimates it is hard to justify the current SP. Unless....
