@Tragore, you point to lack of attention to detail. That has been apparent to me for some time. Was I the only one who noticed that the 2017 financial report lodged on ASX contained a Balance Sheet that didn't balance? Granted, it was a typo, but in my line of work a typo that should never have got to the stage of being lodged with an official agency. Not only that, but it wasn't corrected until months later when the AGM was held (presuming someone brought it to management's attention). Nobody said anything.
