Lets talk about deflection if you must, and maybe just maybe when you can impart your wisdom on the thread to these answers you have conveniently or purposely skipped over, then I may be bothered to answer any of your questions.
1: Considering you are so confident that King would have the numbers if a 249D was issued to replace him
As for Kings holdings that are held in related interest accounts, re: Tregeare and Pandora, with your intimate knowledge on the Corporations Act 2012, are Kings holdings either direct (none) or related parties (Pandora and Tregeare) excluded from any vote to replace him?
2: As you have already mentioned that you know who the intended board members are, and you obviously don't think they will meet the criteria, can you explain why you have drawn that conclusion?
What makes you an authoritative on deciding who is capable or not?
Have you seen their CV's?
Would they meet the business acumen aspect of a role on the board?
Would they meet the technical aspect in a role on the board?
Is your conclusion drawn from past affiliations with these people and you have a axe to grind?
Serving of a 249D has worked on numerous companies across the ASX where shareholders take a decision to replace the board member/s and get the company they are invested in back on track, why are you so convinced it won't be the case here?
3: Why all of a sudden do you have concerns with GPP considering that you are no longer a holder?
4: Could you explain why you think we need to bring more people in for Morabisi?

5: Is it possible, considering the past relationships, that there is something not quite right with the GSM/GPP partnership, basically has GSM hoodwinked GPP and are we funding their lifestyle? "we did not chase lithium, it was brought to our table by GSM, Kevin from GSM had a prior working relationship with some of GPP management and I believe at least one attended the same university as him."
6: Why do you think that all the trials to date on Bio-Stimulant OHD oils are tarnished?
The announcement released by GPP indicate it is only the recent trials affected, (I also think they should release a clarifying statement) but I am interested to see why you think they are.
7: Do you think Morabisi will still be a rival to Greenbushes and the Pilgangaroo region? "Morabisi will be huge in size and grade, Greenbushes will be tipping there hat to GPP once we JORC, ...... (sic) "
Even though it is a maiden drill campaign and they have yet to delineated Turesi and with you previously expelling all the expertise that GSM, and more selectively that Piepergrass has, do still think Morabisi is viable or a total waste?
