If I were part of that group the last place on earth I would want my suitableness being thrashed out on HotCopper. Imo they are staying silent for good reason.
1. They don't have 5% of shares
2. They are trying to get management to lift their game before pulling the trigger. Until that happens then they should stay silent. DB
