    I'm assuming if there is ever a vote that shareholders will be given plenty of time to make any decision they personally see fit......it most certainly is completely pointless knowing who and what the potential new management credentials are before any vote occurs.
    As I said anyone who can string a sentence together could run GPP,,,,,because there is, as you point out, nothing to run. DB
