Nothing in there says Defendant pays any costs, so normal Court rule apply - Applicants pay the costs.
Knowing they will end up in Federal Court defending their work, valuer will charge top dollar & be very thorough
Sorry I don't know how long some time is but think I saw in Bidder statement that holdouts get paid 1 month after Compulsory Acquisition is finalised.
I understand your fears about scaremongering, I'm just trying to bring some reality back into discussion.
