To have CAN overturned plaintiffs (Shareholders) pay their legal fees, court costs & as they have to prove price is not fair, the cost of the valuation as well. If SH lose may be ordered to OZL costs as well.
I'm guessing no change out of $100k, possibly $200k
Wonder how long it will take OZL to issue CAN, now that they have 92%
