That is why we have Limited Liability Companies. If there was full liability, no one would be a shareholder and there would be no stock market. And if there was all the companies would have to be debt free. That would also mean there would be virtually no bond market either.

I also note a number of the bond holders were "unsecured". It is not as if they were not away of the risks either. Unfortunately for us, "unsecured bondholders" rank above equity.

I still believe as many shareholders as possible should write a response and submit it to the Admisntrator so it is tabled in Court. There are plenty of questions that need answering and you never know, the Judge may be sympathetic. There is a big crack down on Directors these days and rightly so and the Judge will want to be satisified that everything is above board before granting any orders.
