My opinion this was a slow and well orchestrated takeover of a world class public company asset. With the right people in place the SP was manipulated down and held down when it should have done a turnaround. Bondholders coming on board as opposed to a Capital raising knowing they have the greatest control under the circumstances we are in now (Administration). No other party interested in this company because of the Joint Venture ownership tied to PDN, they wouldn't sell their 25% or the other baggage like EDF creating a bit of a diversion. And finally companies knowing how to use this new form of legislation s444GA to their advantage totally bypassing the shareholders interests and grabbing the whole assets without it being chopped up under liquidation. Fast forward next AGM resolution to buy out remaining 2% at whatever they want to pay us. ASIC won't do a thing, because it all boarders on the legality side.
Am I angry? Yes cause this was obvious looking back now but I will get over it.
Am I a conspiracist? Yes. But deep down I know this is all true.
