based on TEN and ARI, an 'independent' expert report will shortly materialise stating that uranium has no value and shareholders will get nil return.
A turkey (aka ancient judge) who probably doesn't know how to use facebook will rubber stamp it and that will be the end of it.
It is a big song and dance, there is no actual independent analysis of the situation, it is just a drawn out charade.
This suits ASIC just fine, just how they roll.... let the turkey judge decide.
I'm willing to bet my 2 percent, it is finished.
