Fair enough legally., but.... Firstly are we technically insolvent? We can't be if we have the capacity to raise more capital. So this whole administration should be an attempt to find the best solution for EVERYONE, especially the owners (shareholders), to continue to trade. Not an exercise in assassination. Tell me where I'm wrong...
