I have to politely dissagree with your reasoning. This matter is about transperency and communication. What communications have you received as a shareholder - that offered a clear and concise status of the companies financial concerns and direct impact it will have on shareholders? Along with specifics on how they would ensure shareholder security?There has been nothing of the sort, until after the trading halt. Look at the company announcements, they’re all on PDN’s wedsite. The CEO was still plugging the company early this year.
