If you have a valid argument, put it in an email to Matthew Woods and ask him to present it as a document to the Judge as I have with my post above. I have taken a risk investing in PDN in the same circumstances as the unsecured Bondholders have taken a risk to lend them money. So in my view it is only just that their portion of the loan is calculated as shares. Now offer the rescue plan to all shareholders or liquidate if PDN has no value.
