So the bondholders get 50c in the $1 while the shareholders get 2c.
This is corporate corruption at its best.
What we need is shareholders to make a counter claim or let this go into liquidation.
I'd rather loose the lot than let them c-nts get 98% of my shares, especially when it looks like shareholders wont get the opportunity to participate in the debt capital raising.
This is a lot worse than AGO and BLY, this is daylight robbery.
