Well if we dont get it in the morning then im expecting bad news and that we will get it late afternoon as it seems to be their track record.
However if it is good news then we should see it in the morning.
So i guess the take away and my thoughts are that, if we get it in the morning it should be good news and if we get it late afternoon its bad news.
