This is all planned............IMHO

the same characters that bought quite a few all the way up to 17.5c will resurface soon. Another delay was guaranteed to see sp slide a few percent ............rinse and repeat until the next promise is broken. Can you imagine the fall if no mention by 4pm on Monday?

Faithfull holders are being harvested and accumulators are taking advantage of the well orchestrated scenario. Once they have got their fill there will be no need to exit above 22c or 25c because they will have enough of a holding to realise profits at 19c or 20c
