This is nothing but Greg Camm coming in and saying to Michael you "do it my way or the highway"
Guess what, shareholders want to keep a CEO who has seen the share price triple during his tenure.
The appointed CEO has ZERO microcap tech stock experience. He is completely the wrong appointment. He is a big bank manager who can add no value. He is clearly a mate of the Board, otherwise how did they find him so quickly??
And obviously nothing but a 'yes' man.
