My view is that there is validity in both arguments...a pox on both their houses. I actually don't want either outcome......if the resolutions pass then I agree with the proxy adviser that this creates a really bad situation of conflict with an unleashed CEO...yet the current board is inept.
Best result is a takeover and I will be hoping for such......
