Proxy firms are notorious for giving biased and/or ill informed recommendations, and they appear to be living down to their reputation in this case. Clearly they didn't speak to the requisitioners, they just swallowed whole and regurgitated the Notice of Meeting, which by the way, the Company Secretary didn't even sign, though he's signed every previous notice I looked at.
Definately do your own research, these proxiy firms didn't even do the basic fact checking.
