Greg Camm is a proven destroyer of shareholder value. It beggars belief that he was allowed to get anywhere near a listed entity, let alone onto the board of Praemium.
He did it first as CEO of Superpartners where investors were forced to write off 50%+ from their investment.
He followed this up by being a Chairman asleep at the wheel of iSelect as it missed prospectus forecast only one month into listing and had to write down revenue that was incorrectly recognised. Keep in mind Camm was on the audit committee...
The quicker Camm and the other board members are removed, the less chance there is that shareholder value is destroyed.
I have gladly voted my shares in favour of ALL the resolutions.
