Interesting letter to shareholders.
Love to be more privy to the real situation going on here.
At the least it questions why the Chairman has put himself & our company in this situation. Surely professionals with the interest of the business could work through a transitional plan.
It was good to see quick action for a replacement CEO but then why delay the meeting until May if the Chair really is concerned about cost to the company.
Looking forward to response from each director about keeping there job and whether they turn on each other.
