pretty close to the mark IMHO. I have spoken with people who have worked with De Luca and they confirm he has very limited tech knowledge or experience.
Why was he chosen before Egon Zender ran their process? What was the hurry? Surely the selection process of the person to take the company to the next level should have been allowed to run its course.
