Attack, watch for their defense then attack again. I suspect in due course we'll have the proposed directors reply.
This wasn't about the strategy of the board so that is a red herring. Problem is personality conflict and board hasn't gone about it the right way to control if these stories are true.
It has shown weakness by the board at least.
To overcome we're likely to have some director rotation for a while to get perceived independence and strength.

Would also like to see the family out of the business. A good CEO would have managed the perception. Only an over qualified family member should be considered in exec role not under.
