Ann: Letter to Shareholders , page-8

Moz the Directors was of that opinion right up to the time of WN anouncing their 51% achievement. I think it was June. So within 6 mths. The 2 so called independents directors, advised us the opposite. Nothing had changed except we were 6 mths closer to development and WN had controling interest and said "was to carry on developement".
Please explain.
It's a fact if my memory is correct.
