This will certainly put a stain on all listed ASX co's as it essentially indicates directors can be bought and sold for a few bucks. It gives me no confidence to believe any CEO's, directors of any company when this is the best they can do. I hope the general investment community hear about BRM's previous mgt and directors to ensure the general public/ investor know who they are dealing with. Boards of other companies should also take careful consideration before allowing these individuals onto their boards. They are a blight on publicly listed companies and they should hang their heads in shame. If they do get positions within other companies then in my opinion the whole show is corrupt from the top down. Really a disappointment for some who may be trying to do the right thing by their loyal shareholders, but sorry these types of scams must be stopped and it stops with individual companies, boards and directors and how they apply ethical standards of behaviour.
