Why you should not ACCEPT the offer.
1/ premiun of 34% :- out of date. - It has actually gone down now.
2/ more liquid :- how liquid is WNI, and + millions more on market?
3/ simplify structure :- water down our share of BRM's assets,
4/ Value certainty :- certainty we will never get our full value of BRM
5/ Independent experts :- what experts? Do your own calculations.
6/ No superior offer :- WN made sure of that.
7/ Support of independent dir. :- How independent? or what did WN do to them?
8/ Risk if we don't accept.
If WN get 80% we risk loosing $$$s + our independents.
As I suspected threat of being locked in. (eg delisting).
It only MAY, remember (ONLY MAY) happen if they get their 80%
I've found out, not that easy to delist.
