Jbmurc how do you know what other shareholders will do! and do have a crystal as to where the sp will be! Once again get over it!................

-from this failed Cap raising GRM may get 250k less costs from the raising ....
As for admin it could still happen remember the MD has a contract in place 3yrs 350k p.a which he's in arrears for some from GRM from his last pay...but It would be very unlikely for him to push the company into admin on his contract most likely he will recieve a pile of shares an only 150-180k in pay.

GRM future will depend on if they can get anyone to take-up the rest of the raising which will be a hard sell esp. when the share price goes down tomorrow
most likely they could re-price like NAV had to ?? to 1c to some insto etc
