Just confirms my feeling that ROS is going to use current shareholders funds to buy this new asset. (i.e. ROS shareholders pay for and own 100% of the Silver project)
Then spin it off so that current shareholders, having paid 100% of the cost end up with some random % of the new company.
The directors then get to manage two companies and collect two lots of fees.
I hope that the asset is significant enough to counteract the decrease in SP that could eventuate with a CR.
