A close reading of Richard Oh's statement announced to shareholders on the ASX last Friday,demonstrates a few things from my point of view.

An announcement to the ASX is a serious matter. So much so that the process must involve all the board members carefully going over the wording many times, so that the wording is accurate. When all Directors have approved the announcement, it i then sent to the ASX for release.

Mr Oh was Chairman of DMA in 2007 when at an EGM, he and Tay removed the clever lady Director, who had pegged the valuable Spearhole tenement and listed DMA in 2006

So Mr Oh has been certainly a director of DMA since Terra Search was commissioned by DMA in 2008 ( after Carson developed a successful relationship with Terra Search at Cudeco )

HC Forum posters supporting Tay and Oh, have tried to minimize Carson's role in the Spearhole Discovery, by telling the DMA shareholders, that actually Terra Search were the discoverers, and that Carson, DMA' s Geologist, supposedly played a minor role or no role at all. In fact Tay stated in his Notice of EGM explanation , that it was he who salvaged the Spearhole tenement and claimed that he also brought Terra Search to DMA.

OK, so let's follow that argument to it's logical conclusion.

According to that argument , either Tay and Oh or only Tay would supposedly have been in constant communication with Terra Search ( while Carson was being paid
$ 216, 000 by Tay and Oh, NOT to meddle with Terra Search, and Ian Levy and Graham Anderson were according to Tay's notice of meeting, too busy with other businesses). On that basis Oh and Tay would have been the DMA directors who planned with Terra Search, all the DMA Spearhole mapping, drilling targets, budgets, board submissions etc over the last 3 years

Yet despite this supposed close and constant communication that Tay and Oh had with Terra Search, Oh prepared and released to shareholders last Friday, an announcement with Tay's approval, which spelled TERRA Search as TARA Search.

It would be logical to say that Nick REVELL, whose name Mr Oh misspelled ( the second time his name was mentioned in the announcement ) as Nick NEWELL, also didn't pick up on Oh's 2 mistakes, before Revell signed off as a Director) , even though according to Mr OH , Mr Revell had familiarized himself with Terra Search's work ( presumably Revell knows how to spell his own surname, or perhaps he did not see the announcement before it went out with his new surname Newell ) .'

Or perhaps Revell has taken the lead from Tay and changed his name by deed poll from Revell to Newell.

TERRA Search's name has been mentioned continuously in DMA's announcements and presentations.


According to Terra Search is a fundamental contributor in the DMA

How then could Mr Oh and Mr Tay sign off an announcement spelling Terra Search incorrectly as TARA Search

Following this Oh spelled ( in the second mention of his name ) the
name of Carson's replacement in the announcement as Newell instead of Revell.







So how could Mr Oh not know that Terra Search is spelled Terra and
NOT Tara Search
