You are correct in saying that it would be very hard for someone jumping in in the action with NHC being there.
For, by doing so, it could easily start a bidding war, (although I would be extremely happy if it does, with PES still fresh in my mind), and not many companies out there would be willing to enter into such a predicament, unless they are desperate for gaining extra resources.
Once NHC's offer become final, it would be a different situation and it could flush someone else into the open, if there is another one that is.
In the meantime it is business as usual in the NEC camp. At the very least the NHC offer has put a solid concrete base under our sp.
