# Cutting down admin expenses.
# Putting exploration efforts on the back burner...saving money....Wise decision...A long winter facing small explorers.
# Graphitech will eventually be listed.....SER management has proven their ability to monetize their assets & have created enormous value over the last few years without asking S/holders for cash.
# Cash holding $2.6m + some cash flow from VXL will aid SER in this transformation.
Looking forward to the birth of Graphitech & perhaps other new venture in the Graphene sphere....Would love to see SER divesting its mining interests for cash or JVs.
