At the risk of been proved 100 percent wrong, I suspect rum are poking a stick in the water and see what level of CEN SHrs are prepared to give their shares away.

50 percent is a low level of acceptance.

I don't think rums offer is anywhere close to being reasonable or fair,its highly opportunistic with many conditions.
While probably well known already, I support the current management and see no valid reason, at this point in time in giving my money away to rum,my purchase price was .39 cents a share,I did not participate in the last CR.
