re: Ann: RUM: Letter to Shareholders - Takeov... According to page 10 of the half-yearly, it looks like the delay is due to waiting for "formal bid documentation". Sounds like RUM lobbed the bid and still hasn't provided any supporting doco - I wonder what the corporation's act says about that.
I couldn't help noticing that true to form CEN/NUP's report contains:
1) Multiple references to Figure 1 which the report does not actually have. The only figure in the report is number 2. And yes, we all get it, Figure2 is actually Figure1.
2) A reference to both CEN and NuPower in the same paragraph. See Page 3 Barra Joint Venture.
This is petty nitpicking of course, but we do want to look professional, don't we? Sureley someone could proof read these documents before they are submitted?
