As I said before, people been accumulating... now we got a bit of run. Hopefully news coming up.
The record date for Saturn priority offer is already past, unlikely anyone is buying PEX shares just to get tiny priority offer.
What PEX should do is put tungsten project together with Apollo and offer much high prices (eg make Saturn $50m to $60m company with $7m cash), so Saturn can start IPO with two JORC (Apollo and Tungsten projects).
