I agree! ML's apparent conflict of interest is also in the shareholders' interest, for ML will only maximise their gains if ML does theirs. What I object to is their earlier access to cheap shares below 90c when they may well (perhaps must have) known about the Arrow offer in the wind. However, what transpires now must surely be designed to benefit both ML and shareholders, as we're all in the same boat.
