Employee shareholding is 8%.
Dart Energy 1.40%, do they have to vote with Arrow?
Institutions holding 32% which I assume includes at least part of Merryll Lynch's holding of 5.9%.
Institutions will play a big role in deciding how this plays out if it goes hostile. I guess they're holding firm at this stage but how many will go with Arrow?
