    One point I missed.

    I'm guessing the timing of Arrow's bid may have been brought forward to pre-empt BOW striking a deal with this "other party".

    If this "other party" is a substantial player, any deal may have seen BOW move up to or above $1.48. Better to commence any potential auction at $1.48.
