    welcome to being a minority shareholder... on the PHG side of this thing I have to sit and watch Viburnum double their money on VEI after using PHG time and funds to flush the buyer out.... not to mention the erosion of confidence in management who would think that it was actually viable making investment in PHG look even riskier... take your money and smile.
