That may be so, but by APA signalling that they are open to a bid, then it does not preclude an offer coming in from someone within Oz, wasn't there another prospective bidder in the wings, one of the big infrastructure companies?
I reckon APA knows exactly what it is doing? they are a very well run company I believe.
