Or there taking the opportunity to load up Their (insiders) holdings knowing that retail will hesitate to take up, so percentage is better for them. Honestly it could be either but I wouldn’t past directors etc to capitalise on the situation. Doesn’t matter what company your in, they will always look for the angle to wealth. If you expect them too you won’t get disappointed is my books.
