I think best case is SPP is delayed and they announce a deal to try get more interest.

I doubt they have a deal up their sleeve because surely they would have wanted to get it signed and included in the SPP Brochure we all got sent.

Or if the SPP is taken up and the short fall is also taken up well that will tell me insiders had additional confidence.

Either way I feel they've done an average job. Looking for a break even exit. Unless things seriously change.
