re: Ann: Letter to CEN Shareholders - Take No... cardz,reading CENs announcement of today,re their reference to the 08/03/13 announcement,clearly if they can secure the mineral lease,(mining approval),it will have a major impact on the value of CEN.
Has rum got a mineral lease?,I don't know.
krb will be cashed up from the sale of its phosphate permit areas ($12 million),a potential partner for CEN,maybe dtg will also provide an offer,having secured krb's phosphate areas.
Theres lots to be positive about,and no need to make a rash decision now.
