Strictly speaking, the GM was called to change company auditors. (When you don't like their negative report you change them!) Nevertheless, it is a great opportunity for NSP to make some definite progress statements and to provide a presentation that gives some further insight into this critical phase of the company's development. Setting a deadline of 1 July for themselves seems a very smart move. Normally management are very happy to discuss issues and I usually press for further detail. Such meetings are of good value and I make efforts to attend them.

The meetings are normally held in Sydney CBD at Level 18, 133 Castlereagh St. Since 30 days notice needs to be given we can expect a confirming ASX announcement as well as a paper notice in the mail within the next few days. On rare occasions they are held at their Lane Cove premises but then there is usually also a tour of their manufacturing facility which is also very instructive. Note that this is not an AGM.
